General Eats2Seats Policies

TARDINESS POLICY 

  • Check-in begins at 2:00PM and closes promptly at 3:00PM
  • If you do not arrive to check-in before the window closes, you will be given a written warning

DROPOUT POLICY 

  • If you are on the final roster within 24 hours of the event and you drop out, you will receive a written warning
  • You are allowed up to 2 dropouts before your employment will be terminated

ABUSE OF ACCESS POLICY

  • Anyone who is seen in E2S apparel not working their assigned stand will forfeit their paycheck for the event and will not be allowed to work with E2S in the future
    • This includes, but is not limited to: leaving your stand to watch the event, watching the event after you check-out, wandering the grounds or performing any tasks not included in your role job description nor directed by your on-site leadership

CHECK-OUT POLICY

  • After being dismissed by your stand lead, you must return to the check-in area and check-out with the E2S site lead to be paid for your shift

WARNINGS & COMPLAINT POLICIES

  • 1 venue complaint will result in termination
  • 2 written warnings will result in termination

SERVICE STANDARD POLICY

  • When interacting with customers, you will maintain a welcoming and professional appearance and greet them with a smile and the cashier script
  • During your shift you are not permitted to:
    • Have Airpods in or have a hood on 
    • Be on your phone
    • Wear sunglasses when interacting with customers
    • Eat food in front of customers 
    • Sit down in front of customers 
    • Lean on the counter or be unengaged in front of customers
  • Failure to adhere to these standards can result in dismissal

TIPPING THEFT POLICY

  • The customer must be the one who physically selects the tip before the transaction is finalized 
  • If you select the tip without customer consent, you will be terminated and charged with theft

SMOKING & VAPING PROHIBITION

  • There is absolutely NO smoking or vaping on the premises and engaging in these behaviors can result in immediate dismissal and is grounds for termination
