What is Pay for Alpine Valley?

Pay for Alpine Valley varies by position, but for each position there is either a flat hourly rate or an event base plus a tip minimum that add to become the total paid rate for the event.

Staff: Alcohol (7-8 hours)

You will be paid a minimum of $120 for working this event. This $120 minimum consists of a $50 event base plus tips. Eats2Seats will guarantee a tip earning of at least $70/person. All tips earned from the event are pooled and distributed to Eats2Seats staff.

Staff: Alcohol Pay = $50 Event Base + Tips ($70 guarantee) = $120 minimum pay

  • TIPS ARE POOLED BY THE VENUE (ALL E2S STANDS)

Staff: Food (7-8 hours)

You will be paid a minimum of $160 for working this event. This $160 minimum consists of a $75 event base plus tips. Eats2Seats will guarantee a tip earning of at least $85/person. All tips earned from the event are pooled and distributed to Eats2Seats staff (THIS POOL DOES NOT INCLUDE HAWKERS.)

Staff: Food Pay = $75 Event Base + Tips ($85 guarantee) = $160 minimum pay

  • TIPS ARE POOLED BY THE VENUE (ALL E2S STANDS)

Hawkers (6-7 hours) 

You will be paid a minimum of $200 for working this event. This $200 minimum consists of a $75 event base plus tips. Eats2Seats will guarantee a tip earning of at least $125/person. 

Hawker Pay = $75 Event Base + Tips ($125 guarantee) = $200 minimum pay

    • Minimum take home of at least $200
  • TIPS ARE NOT POOLED FOR HAWKERS 
  • You will have an assigned POS that tracks all credit tips. 

Hawker Bonus =  Hawkers who sell at least $2,000 in product will be bonused an additional $100

Stand Leads (8-9 hours) 

You will be paid a minimum of $200 for working this event. This $200 minimum consists of a $75 event base plus tips. Eats2Seats will guarantee a tip earning of at least $125/person. All tips earned from the event are pooled and distributed to all Eats2Seats staff.

Stand Lead Pay = $75 Event Base + Tips ($125 guarantee) = $200 minimum pay

  • TIPS ARE POOLED BY THE VENUE (ALL E2S STANDS)

Area Leads (9-10 hours) 


You will be paid a minimum of $250 for working this event. This $250 minimum consists of a $125 event base plus a tip match guarantee. Eats2Seats will guarantee a tip match earning at least $125/person. All tips earned from the event are pooled and distributed to all Eats2Seats staff.

Area Lead Pay = $125 Event Base + Tip match ($125 guarantee) = $250 minimum pay

  • Minimum take home of at least $250

Vending Leads (9-10 hours)


You will be paid a minimum of $250 for working this event. This $250 minimum consists of a $125 event base plus a tip match guarantee. Eats2Seats will guarantee a tip match earning at least $125/person. All tips earned from the event are pooled and distributed to all Eats2Seats staff.

Vending Lead Pay = $125 Event Base + Tip match ($125 guarantee) = $250 minimum pay

  • Minimum take home of at least $250

Site Leads (10-12 hours) 


You will be paid a minimum of $350 for working this event. This $350 minimum consists of a $250 event base plus a tip match guarantee. Eats2Seats will guarantee a tip match earning at least $100/person. All tips earned from the event are pooled and distributed to all Eats2Seats staff.

Site Lead Pay = $250 Event Base + Tip match ($100 guarantee) = $350 minimum pay
