Beer Carts Staff (Canned Beer, ~5 hours, 4 positions open)

You will receive a minimum gross earnings of $70.00 for working this event. This $70.00 minimum consists of a $25.00 event base plus tips. If tip earnings do not meet or exceed $45.00/worker, EATS2SEATS will provide additional compensation to ensure the $70.00 minimum is honored.

$25.00 event base + tips (45.00 guarantee) = $70.00 minimum gross earning

Hawking Staff (Canned Beer, ~4 hours, 4 positions open)

You will receive a minimum gross earnings of $95.00 for working this event. This $95 minimum consists of a $50.00 event base plus tips. If tip earnings do not meet or exceed $45.00/worker, EATS2SEATS will provide additional compensation to ensure the $95.00 minimum is honored.

$50.00 event base + tips ($45.00 guarantee) = $95.00 minimum gross earnings

Concession Stand Staff (Hot Food & Beer, ~6.5 hours, 8 positions open)

You will receive a minimum gross earnings of $90.00 for working this event. This $90.00 minimum consists of a $45.00 event base plus tips. If tip earnings do not meet or exceed $45.00/worker, EATS2SEATS will provide additional compensation to ensure the $90.00 minimum is honored.

$45.00 event base + tips ($45.00 guarantee) = $90.00 minimum gross earnings

Grill Cooks (Cooking Hot Food, ~7 hours, 3 positions open)

You will receive a minimum gross earnings of $110.00 for working this event. This $110 minimum consists of a $65.00 event base plus tips. If tip earnings do not meet or exceed $45.00/worker, EATS2SEATS will provide additional compensation to ensure the $110.00 minimum is honored.

$65.00 event base + tips ($45.00 guarantee) = $110.00 minimum gross earnings

Stand Lead

$65.00 event base + tips ($45.00 guarantee) = $110.00 minimum gross earnings

Doubleheader Rate

For any doubleheader events, you will receive a minimum gross earnings and tip guarantee equivalent to 1.5x the normal rate for your position for working this event.

Retention Bonus

If you work at least 12 ECU baseball home games, you will receive a $150 retention bonus at the end of the season

Tip Pooling

15% of the tips received at each location staffed by EATS2SEATS workers will be placed into a “global” tip pool. The tip pool will be split equally amongst all tippable EATS2SEATS workers in attendance at the event. Non-tippable workers (Area Leads and Site Leads) are not participants in the tip pool.

85% of the tips received at each location staffed by EATS2SEATS workers will be placed into a “local” tip pool. The tip pool will be split equally amongst all tippable EATS2SEATS workers assigned to that location. Non-tippable workers (Area Leads and Site Leads) are not participants in the tip pool.

What is Pay for ECU Baseball?

Pay for ECU Baseball varies by position, but for each position there is either a flat hourly rate or an event base plus a tip minimum that add to become the total paid rate for the event.
