Parking


Check In

  • Report times will be on E2S Staff app 
  • If you arrive over 30 minutes after the stated check in time, you will considered late and may not be allowed to work the event. 
  • Check in with your site lead at Gate 28
  • Have License and Bar Card

Check Out

  • Once sales end, you must help leads clean and organize inventory.
  • Once the stand  lead dismisses staff, check out where you checked in at.

Training 

  • Complete all required trainings in the “My Trainings” tab on your staff app

Alcohol Safety  

  • You will be liable for a $500 ticket if you do not serve alcohol safely. You must take the on site safety quiz before every shift 

Pay 

  • Please review the PAY MODEL
  • Please expect pay to be sent in 7-10 business days after the event

Tardiness / Call-Out

  • A tardy will be defined as arriving at an event late 
  • A call-out is not showing up for a shift. After 2 call-outs, employment will be terminated

What can I bring in?

  • Please view the LSU Tiger Stadium website on security and prohibited items.
  • Absolutely NO outside food or beverage is allowed in.
  • All bags must be clear unless they are smaller than 12in x 12in.

What can I wear?

  • All employees should come wearing a non-stained black polo and black pants/skirt. You can also purchase an E2S polo at the E2S Merch shop.

How do I find my location assignment?

  • Your assignment can be found on the homepage of your staff app.
    • If you are still need assistance, an E2S lead can help you at check-in and ensure you are directed to your assigned location.

When do I arrive? When can I leave?

  • Check-in time is located in the E2S Staff App. If this is changed it will be reflected on your E2S Staff app and will be announced in the event MyChat. 
  • After sales end, stay at your stand to help clean and organize inventory. Once dismissed by the stand lead, you must check out at the same place as check-in to ensure you get paid for the event.

ALCOHOL SAFETY

  • You are personally liable and responsible for any and all legal and financial penalties from your participation or contribution to illegal alcohol service
  • You must ID every customer and open any alcoholic beverage before handing to a customer. The MAX you can serve per customer is: [2 beers] OR [1 liquor drink]

IMPORTANT POLICIES

  • Anyone who is seen in E2S apparel not working their assigned stand will forfeit their paycheck for the event and will not be allowed to work with E2S in the future.
    • This includes, but is not limited to: leaving your stand to watch the event, watching the event after you check-out, wandering the grounds or performing any tasks not included in your role job description nor directed by your on-site leadership
  • Anyone who is seen going on their phone during their shift, self-tipping, or illegally serving alcohol (over-serving, not checking IDs, etc.) will be removed from the shift.

What are the expected hours? 

  • Games typically last about 3 hours. However, this is dynamic and subject to change depending on the game.
    • The game start time can be found on LSU’s website linked here
  • Venue doors open to fans 2 hours earlier than kickoff and E2S check in is typically set 3 hours before doors open to allow for stand preparation.

What will I be paid?

  • The amount you are paid depends on your position and the amount of tips you earn during your shift. Please view the LSU Football Pay Model for more detailed information.
  • Please note that all pay models reflect pre-tax earnings. 
  • You can expect payment within 7-10 business days. 

How do I sign up? 

  • Once you have fully completed onboarding, you will be able to sign up for events.
  • You can do this by clicking the “Sign Up” button underneath the event in the “Upcoming Events” section on the “Home” tab of your E2S Staff App.

How do I complete my onboarding? 

  1. Watch the EATS2SEATS Onboarding 101
  2. Download the E2S Staff App from the Apple App or Google Play Store.
  3. Begin onboarding using the E2S Staff App: 
    • 3.1 Complete the required trainings in the app. 
    • 3.2 Complete LSU Alcohol Training & upload your certification receipt to the “Alcohol Certificate” section of the “My Profile” tab on your E2S Staff App.
    • 3.3 Purchase the proper uniform & upload for approval in the “My Profile” tab
  4. Register & confirm for the event on your E2S Staff App
