What is Pay for Somerset?

Pay for Somerset varies by position, but for each position there is either a flat hourly rate or an event base plus a tip minimum that add to become the total paid rate for the event.

PAY STRUCTURE FOR CONCERT EVENTS

Location: Somerset Amphitheatre - Somerset, WI

Staff

You will be paid a minimum of $120 for working this event. This $120 minimum consists of a $50 event base plus tips. Eats2Seats will guarantee a tip earning of at least $70/person. All tips earned from the Fast Pass Snack Stand will be pooled between the staff working that stand.

Staff Pay = $50 Event Base + Tips ($70 guarantee) = $120 minimum pre-tax pay

  • Minimum take home of at least $120

Hawkers

You will be paid a minimum of $200 for working this event. This $200 minimum consists of a $75 event base plus tips. Eats2Seats will guarantee a tip earning of at least $125/person. Hawking tips are NOT pooled. All Hawkers will be keeping ALL of the tips that they make!! 

Hawker Pay = $75 Event Base + Tips ($125 guarantee) = $200 minimum pre-tax pay

Site/Vending Leads

You will be paid a minimum of $250 for working this event. This $250 minimum consists of a $250 event base plus tips. Eats2Seats will guarantee a tip match that is equivalent to the tip split that staff members received for that event.

Manager Pay = $250 Event Base + tip match for the event

Minimum take home of at least $250
