South Carolina Alcohol Training

The Alcohol Training steps that are required to be completed before working an Alcohol Position with Eats2Seats in South Carolina.

Welcome to the E2S TEAM Alcohol Training Guide - USouth Carolina ! Follow the instructions below to complete the mandated alcohol training and exam. 


  • READ ALCOHOL TRAINING NOTES

  • Before you begin your TEAM COALITION training, scroll and visit the “USC - SPECIFIC NOTES” section of this document. 

  • VISIT TRAINING MODULE

  • Located in the “VENUE - SPECIFIC NOTES” section

  • COMPLETE MODULES & EXAM

  • LOCATE & DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE 

  • UPLOAD YOUR CERTIFICATE TO THE E2S STAFF APP 

  • Upload a copy of your certificate of completion to the “Alcohol Certificate” section on the “My Trainings” tab, on E2S Staff App 
  • VIEW INSTRUCTIONS HERE

  • CONFIRM YOUR UPLOAD 

  • Text the E2S Compliance Hotline to confirm your alcohol certificate’s pending approval status or reach out for assistance.

USC - TEAM COALITION TRAINING

USC-SPECIFIC NOTES


  • TEAM Training is required for USC, & not required for Clemson
  • Under “Company”, select “EATS2SEATS”
  • Under “Job Function” you can select “Bartender” or “Beertender”
  • Leave “Aramark USC Non-Profits” selected 
  • Under “Non-Profits” select “NONE”
  • Click “Remember Me” to save training progress

Important Notes: 


    • This certification is required to serve alcohol at USC. For non-alcohol serving positions, please reach out to your Regional Operations Director or email support@eats2seats.com for assistance. 
  • TEAM COALITION Training will take approximately 2 hours to complete. You must view ALL the slides & audio to satisfy the completion criteria & reach the certification test
  • Use a desktop, laptop, or tablet. Mobile devices may be incompatible with modules, and are not supported
  • Must have stable, strong internet, for optimal audio, and video. Use the most updated browser versions, & computer software to avoid any module glitches.
  • Acceptable browsers are Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc. (Safari not supported)
  • To locate your certificate, visit your associated email inbox and search for an email from “noreplies@brainshark.com”, and find a certificate of completion attached. 
  • Helpful hints: Check your email’s spam folder
  • If you did not successfully pass the exam with a 70% or higher, you will not receive a certificate of completion, & must retake it.
