Area Lead

You will receive minimum gross earnings of $250.00 for working this event. This $250.00 minimum consists of a $150.00 event base plus a $100.00 minimum tip match. The tip match is equivalent to the average of the tips paid out to EATS2SEATS staff for that event. If the tip match does not meet or exceed $100.00/worker, EATS2SEATS will provide additional compensation to ensure the $100.00 minimum is honored.

$150.00 event base + tip match ($100.00 guarantee) = $250.00 minimum gross earnings

Site Lead

You will receive minimum gross earnings of $350.00 for working this event. This $350.00 minimum consists of a $250.00 event base plus a $100.00 minimum tip match. The tip match is equivalent to the average of the tips paid out to EATS2SEATS staff for that event. If the tip match does not meet or exceed $100.00/worker, EATS2SEATS will provide additional compensation to ensure the $100.00 minimum is honored.
